Your plan determines how many projects you can manage, your access to Discover and Market, and the level of operational and partner support available to you.

Free

For collaborators looking for projects to join.

• Discover: Chat with Callo to find collaborators (Limited to 10 searches per month)

• Collaboration: Send & receive collaboration requests

• Studio: Be part of unlimited projects as a collaborator with view-only access. 

• Task Management: Manage your tasks added by project owners

• Messages: Basic messaging

• Calendar Sync: Seamless scheduling

• Notifications: Standard system notifications

• Referrals: Unlimited referrals for collaborators and colleagues for access to Callo

• Project Marketplace: No access to publish or view public projects 

Build Plan

$55 / user / month

For professional creators, producers, and executives building a project.

• Everything in Core, plus:

• Discover: Unlimited searches

• Studio: Manage up to 3 projects, unlimited tasks, unlimited agreements, and payments

• Project Marketplace: Publish to the Callo Market

• Payment Processing: 5% platform fee

• Email Support

• Admin Controls: Unlimited team invites

Slate Plan

$275 / user / month

For professional creators, producers, and executives developing a slate.

• Everything in Build, plus:

• Studio: Manage up to 10 projects, invites, task management, agreements, and payments

• Payment Processing: 5% platform fee

• Project Marketplace: Full access to browse and publish to the Callo Market

• Legal Partner: 1 direct Intellectual Property support meeting

• Development Partner: 1 direct development support meeting (up to 3 in 12 month period)

• Curation Partner: 1 direct meeting for advanced support in sourcing projects (up to 3 in 12 month period)

Scale Plan

$1,375 / team / month

For companies with 3 or more project owners and slates of 10+ projects looking to unlock full-scale.

• Everything in Slate, plus:

• Studio: Manage unlimited projects, invites, task management, agreements, and payments

• Legal Partner: 3 direct Intellectual Property consultations (up to 6 in 12 month period)

• Development Partner: Unlimited development support meetings (up to 6 in 12 month period)

• Curation Partner: Unlimited and advanced support in sourcing projects (no maximum)

• Dedicated Support: Priority onboarding & customer service

• Storage: Unlimited

• Advanced Security: SSO, SAML, advanced permissions

Callo Market: Agreements & Payments

Agreements and payments are available to members with full Studio access.

Market transactions and option payments are subject to a 5% platform fee. All support driven by the Curation team at Slate or Scale tier are subject to Callo's platform fee. Learn more here.

Slate and Scale members have access to additional support from Callo's partner network.
