Project Settings: Visibility, Sharing & Publishing
Overview
Project Settings is where you control your project's visibility, sharing, and lifecycle. Whether you're ready to go live on the marketplace, want to share a direct link with someone outside Callo, or need to export your project data — it all lives here.
Found in: Studio → Settings (dialogue box on your project page)
Share Project Link
Share a direct link to your public project showcase page with anyone — inside or outside of Callo.
Important: You can only share your project link if the project is published to Market. The link takes viewers to your full market page, showing everything from your logline and team to your materials and vision.
What external viewers can see depends on your project's visibility settings:
If your showcase page is fully open, they see everything
If certain materials or sections are restricted, they'll see a partial view based on the permissions you've set
Publish to Market (Add to Market)
List your project on Callo Market to connect with producers, buyers, and collaborators looking to option, license, or purchase new projects.
How to publish:
Click Add to Market in Settings.
First, Make Project Public — by doing so you confirm you agree to Callo's Terms of Service, acknowledge any fees associated with marketplace transactions, and have read the Submission Release.
Once public, your project is listed on the marketplace.
Note: Callo reviews all market projects and removes any that don't meet the platform guidelines.
View Project Page
Preview exactly how your project looks to someone viewing it publicly — before you commit to publishing. Use this to check your page is ready before going live.
Save as Draft
Keeps the project off-market and out of public view while you continue developing it. Your work is saved; it's just not visible externally.
Make Public on Your Profile
Makes your project visible on your Callo public profile without listing it on the marketplace. People who visit your profile can see it, but it won't appear in marketplace search or Discover.
Export Project
Download a complete package of your entire project page and its materials.
Format options: PDF, HTML, Word Doc, or CSV/Excel
Scope options:
Everything — full project export including all materials
Materials only
Details only
Folder structure: Your export can be organized into subfolders so the downloaded package is clean and easy to navigate.
Delete Project
Permanently removes the project from Studio. This action cannot be undone.
Understanding Visibility: A Quick Reference
Setting | What it means |

Draft | Private — only visible to you and collaborators with a direct access link |
Show on Profile | Visible to anyone who visits your Callo profile |
Published to Market | Listed on Callo Market — discoverable through search, Discover, and the marketplace feed. Comes with Callo's Terms, fees, and review process |
Tip: These settings are independent of each other. You can be public on your profile without being on the marketplace, or share a direct link with a specific person while keeping everything else in Draft.
