Project Page

Overview

The Project Page is your project’s professional showcase on Callo—a dedicated "storefront" designed to capture the attention of other creators, producers, buyers, financiers, and brands. It provides a comprehensive view of your project that's in development, seamlessly blending your creative vision and business case with details on your team and supporting materials.

You can share your page instantly with a custom short link (accessible to both Callo and non-Callo members), or increase your visibility by publishing it to the Callo Market or your public profile.

Project Page Structure

The page is organized into four main sections:

1. Snapshot

The top of your page — the first thing anyone sees. This section gives an immediate, high-impact overview of your project:

  • Project name and logline

  • Format, budget, and current stage

  • Creative team highlights

  • Visual mood and key imagery

  • Pitch Material: Video, Link to Integrated Platform (Canva, Vimeo, Tik Tok, Instagram, Google Drive)

  • Project Highlights — press coverage, key achievements, milestones, and anything else that makes the project stand out

  • Verified checkmark — displayed if your project has been verified by Callo

  • Request Project button — how interested buyers and collaborators initiate contact (this can only be viewed via short link)

2. Overview

The substance behind the snapshot. This section gives viewers the full picture of your project's context and potential:

  • Production timeline — key development and production milestones

  • Synopsis — the full story summary

  • Target audience — who this project is for and why

  • Market & distribution strategy — how you plan to take it to market

  • Key partners — attached collaborators, co-producers, and financiers

  • Latest wins — recent achievements, offers, or momentum moments

  • Vision — the project's creative vision, mood, atmosphere, and references

  • Additional highlights — anything else worth showcasing

3. Team

A clean view of everyone on the project team. Each team member listed here is a clickable Callo profile — viewers can click through to see their full profile, credits, and background directly on the platform.

4. Materials

Everything in your project's digital asset vault that you've made accessible. What viewers can see here depends entirely on the visibility settings you've configured for each material in Studio:

  • Public materials are visible to everyone

  • Restricted materials require a request and your approval even if it's technically published on Callo Market

  • Private materials are not available on the Market Page at all

Keeping Your Project Page Strong

Your Project Page is only as compelling as what you put into it. A few things worth prioritizing:

  • Fill in the Snapshot section completely — it's the first impression and the deciding factor for whether someone scrolls further

  • Use the Vision section to communicate the feel of the project, not just the facts

  • Keep your Project Highlights updated as new press or achievements come in — a live, current page signals an active project

  • Check your Readiness score in Studio — it appears on your Market Page and signals to buyers how developed your project is

Tip: Think of your Project Page as a living pitch document, not a static listing. The more current and complete it is, the harder it works for you between conversations.
