How to Invite Collaborators to your Project

If you’d like to add new or existing collaborators to your project, Studio makes it simple. With the Project team feature, you can invite collaborators to your project, assign them to specific roles, and ensure they have the right access to the project. Once your collaborators accept your invite, make sure to send a collaboration agreement located right in Studio to make it official.
Here’s how to quickly add collaborators and assign them to the roles you’ve already filled.
Step 1: Add a New Project in Studio
Start by creating your project:
Click Add New Project or tap on a Project in Studio you've already created.
Step 2: Go to the Project Team Tab in Edit Project Details
After you added project details, click over to Project Team tab to manage your collaborators in Edit Project Details
Step 3: Add Team
Click Add Team to begin inviting existing or new team members.
Step 4: Assign Collaborators to Projects
Once you the permission of a Collaborator you met on Callo, scroll and choose the collaborator that you are already connected with. They will receive a notification to accept.
If you met off of Callo and they’re new to the platform, enter the email and the name they’d like to use for their account.
Invited users will receive an email notification to get started
Alternative Tip: Invite Team Members with a Shareable Link
Prefer not to send an email invite? You can also add collaborators using a quick, shareable link.
Here’s how:
Go to the Home Page click Invite Team under quick links or your project’s Team tab.
Click the link icon.
Select the project and assign the role for the new member.
Generate the invite link.
Send it via Email, Text, or Messages.
Once the recipient opens the invite link, if they don’t already have a Callo account, they’ll be prompted to create one. If they’re already a Callo user, the invite will appear as a notification for them to view and accept.

Step 5: Move Members from Shortlist to Team
After members accept your invitation, they’ll appear in the Shortlist section of your Team tab. To officially move them onto your project team, you can send them a collaboration agreement to complete to make it official or invite them directly to the team skipping the agreement.
Here’s how to Send Agreement:
Go to Shortlist under the Team tab.
Click Send Agreement under triple dot.
Choose one of the following options:
Upload your own agreement: Upload the document and add your initials, which will serve as your signature.
Customize an industry-standard agreement: Select from templates available for the United States or United Kingdom. Be sure to customize and answer the required questions. We recommend reviewing these details with your collaborators to ensure accuracy.
Once your collaboration agreement is finalized where both parties accept, that member will move from Shortlist to Team.
You can give members of the team expanded access to the project's studio under Manage Access.
