How do I unsubscribe to weekly emails?

To update your email preferences:
Click the three dots in your profile section.
Select Settings.
Go to Update Preferences.
Uncheck the boxes for the emails you no longer want to receive.
Click Save to confirm your changes.
You can update your preferences at any time.
