Feed: Sharing Updates with Your Team
Overview
Feed is your project's shared team thread — a dedicated space for sharing milestones, announcements, progress updates, and files with everyone on the project. Think of it as a living record of your project's journey: part team communication channel, part progress log. Everything posted here is visible to your whole team in one place.

What You Can Do in Feed
Post updates — share written updates, milestone announcements, and progress notes
Attach files and images — drop in documents, visuals, or any relevant materials directly into a post
Add a label to categorize each post:
Milestone
Casting
Funding
Distribution
Festival
General
Tag and mention team members using @mentions to flag something to a specific person
Reply to posts to keep discussions threaded and organized
Edit or delete your own posts at any time
How to Post an Update
Open your project in Studio.
Go to the Workflow tab.
Click Feed.
Click into the post composer and write your update.
Optionally attach files or images, add a label, and @mention any team members.
Post when ready — your whole team will be notified and see it in the Feed.
Tip: Use labels consistently from the start — they make it much easier to filter back through the feed and find, say, all your Funding updates or Casting milestones when you need them.
